From what I was able to find on EA's website during the contest, there were 11 systems released as part of the EA NHL 18 promotion. The list is as follows:
Sony PS4: Toronto Maple Leaves, Edmonton Oilers, Vancouver Canucks, Winnepeg Jets
Microsoft Xbox One S: San Jose Sharks, Washington Capitals, Boston Bruins, Detroit Red Wings, Los Angeles Kings, Chicago Blackhawks, Pittsburgh Penguins
